30+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Three decades of dedication to the art of pencil portraiture.
Every life tells a story worth remembering. Through hand-drawn pencil portraits and thoughtfully crafted tribute videos, I help families honor the people they love. I draw every piece by hand, paying close attention to the expressions and details that make someone unmistakably unique. My goal is to create more than a likeness; I want to create a portrait that brings a sense of connection each time you see it.
My career has taken me around the world as an artist, author, illustrator, and travel tour director. Along the way, I’ve authored and illustrated seven books and sold more than two million pieces of my artwork. What I treasure most are the people I’ve met and the friendships that have grown from those experiences.
If I am not in the art studio, I will likely be enjoying the outdoors. I love to ski, mountain bike, hike or take off on a run along a lonely road or mountain trail. I have completed many marathons and ultramarathons and will soon have run a marathon on every continent. My passion for hiking has taken me on a journey to the high point of every state in the country. These adventures remind me how precious our time is and are one of the ways I try to make the most of every day. I am grateful for my faith and my loving family.
Thank you for considering me to help tell your story with art! It would be an honor to create something meaningful for you and your family.
