Not every submitted item is necessarily used in the completed
project. Creative selection, editing, sequencing, cropping,
composition, and presentation may be determined as part of the
artistic process.
Any separate permission relating to public display,
promotional use, website publication, or social-media use of
completed work should be governed by the applicable
authorization or Terms & Conditions accepted by the client.

Your Responsibility for Submitted Materials
You are responsible for ensuring that you own, control, or
have obtained the rights and permissions necessary to provide
any photographs, videos, audio recordings, voice recordings,
written materials, names, images, likenesses, or other content
that you submit to Chad Hawkins Tributes.
You should not submit materials that unlawfully infringe
another person's or organization's copyright, trademark,
privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

Minors and Deceased Individuals
If submitted project materials contain a minor, the person
submitting those materials should be the minor's parent or
legal guardian, or should have appropriate permission from the
minor's parent or legal guardian.
If submitted materials involve a deceased individual, the
client is responsible for having the appropriate legal,
family, estate, or other authorization necessary to submit and
permit use of that individual's name, image, likeness, voice,
appearance, and personal materials for the commissioned
project.
